1. Abridged Problem Statement
You have N circular parking slots (1…N), some initially occupied. Process Q queries:
- "PARK S": find a contiguous free segment (cluster) of at least S slots. Among all such clusters choose the one with smallest size, breaking ties by smallest head index. Allocate S slots from its head, possibly splitting the cluster. Print the allocated intervals or "NO ROOM".
- "LEAVE i": free the slots allocated by the i-th PARK query, then merge with adjacent free clusters (considering wrap-around).

2. Detailed Editorial
We must maintain the free segments ("clusters") on a circle, support two operations efficiently:
A) Allocate S slots:
  1. Find the cluster of minimal size ≥ S (tie-break by head).
  2. If none, output "NO ROOM".
  3. Otherwise, remove that cluster, allocate the first S slots from its head, record those intervals, output them. If the cluster was larger, insert a new free cluster for the remaining slots.
B) Free the intervals of a previous allocation:
  1. Retrieve the stored intervals for query i; compute total size and head.
  2. In the cyclic order of clusters (sorted by head), find the immediate predecessors and successors around where the freed block would go.
  3. Check if we can merge with the cluster on the left (its end meets our head) and/or the cluster on the right (our end meets its head). Remove any merged clusters and enlarge the freed block accordingly.
  4. Insert the resulting merged cluster.

Data structures:
- A set keyed by (size, head, size) to find the minimal sufficient cluster in O(log N).
- A set keyed by (head, cluster_id) to locate neighbors for merging in O(log N).
- Maps from cluster_id → (head, size) and cluster head → cluster_id to support removals.
- A map from query index → allocated intervals for LEAVE.
- A helper to normalize indices on the circle.

Splitting and merging handle wrap-around by normalizing positions modulo N, and representing any cluster or allocation that crosses N→1 as two intervals.

5. Compressed Editorial
Maintain two ordered sets of free clusters—one by (size, head, id) to allocate the smallest fitting cluster, one by (head, id) to merge on LEAVE. On PARK, locate lower_bound(size=S), remove it, output the first S slots as intervals, and reinsert the leftover. On LEAVE, retrieve the stored intervals, compute the block's head and size, locate neighbors in head-order, merge if adjacent, then insert the combined cluster. Normalize indices for wrap-around.
